 Yoga and Mindful Movement

Our Yoga and Mindful Movement classes are designed to be enjoyable and inclusive. The exercises are slow paced, less intense than regular yoga and positions can be performed on a mat or on a chair. We have a focus on breathing exercises and relaxation, with mantras and Yoga Nidra performed by our qualified Yoga instructor.
