About Us

Long Term Conditions Hebrides (LTCH) is a voluntary organisation based in the Western Isles of Scotland. We aim to provide activities that can enhance the life experience and wellbeing of people living with a Long Term Condition (LTC) and their carers.

 

We aim to enhance self management techniques, encourage skills development, reduce isolation and provide volunteering opportunities, especially for members who have been out of work due to a long term condition.
