Weekly Online Sessions
We offer free online group sessions, led by our qualified facilitators, Dr. Gail Cunningham and Louise Davidson.
All sessions are held via Zoom.

3:00pm-4:00pm Women's Yoga
Thursdays:
12:00pm-2:00pm Mindfulness Courses and Workshops
Fridays:
4-30pm-5:30pm Movement and Meditation (Qi Gong)
