Yoga and Mindful Movement

Our qualified and experienced instructor Louise offers a range of yoga and mindful movement sessions. These free sessions are available either during our weekly on-line sessions or our monthly face-to-face sessions. All our mindful movement sessions are slow paced and can be performed on a mat or a chair.
